Good to know.
Is this an app from the App Store?
No. The PawFix Diary works in your phone's browser. You add it to your home screen and then open it from the icon, like any other app. Nothing to install from an app store.
How do I add the app to my home screen?
iPhone: open pawfixcare.com/pages/dagboek in Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen.
Android: open the link in Chrome → ⋮ → Install app.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Your first 3 days are free, no purchase needed. Like it? Buy access and simply carry on.
How do I get access after buying?
Right after your payment you get an email with a file. It contains your link to the app and your personal code. Open the app, tap «My cat» and enter your code under «Already bought?».
Where is my data stored?
On your own phone. Always open the app from the icon on your home screen, so everything stays saved. If you clear your browser data, your notes are deleted too.
Does this replace my vet?
No. PawFix helps you observe and remember. It does not diagnose and does not replace your vet. When in doubt or in an emergency: call your vet.
Can I get a refund?
Because you get access straight away, a refund isn't possible. That's why you can try it free for 3 days first, and we help you personally if something doesn't work.
